PERFORM PRE-CONSTRUCTION WALK-OFF
- INSPECT JOB SITE FOR ANY UNUSUAL ITEMS OR CONDITIONS THAT MAY NEED SPECIAL
ATTENTION.
- COMPARE CONTRACT DESIGNS AND PRINTS WITH JOB SITE FOR ANY DEVIATIONS.
- TAKE VIDEO AND PHOTOS TO DOCUMENT CONDITION OF AREA BEFORE BEGINNING OF
CONSTRUCTION OF THE AREA.
COMMUNICATE ANY ITEMS THAT REQUIRE CHANGES WITH SUPPLIER
- DISCUSS ALTERNATE PROCEDURES IF APPROPRIATE
CALL APPROPRIATE STATE ONE-CALL LOCATING SERVICE AND ANY UTILITY NOT INCLUDED IN THE STATE ONE CALL PROGRAM
DOOR TAG PROPERTY OWNERS .
- REQUEST PROPERTY OWNER TO CONTACT CONTRACT COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY REGARDING ANY PRIVATE UNDERGROUND FACILITIES
- NOTIFY PROPERTY OWNER THAT WE MAY HAVE TO ACCESS THE UTILITY EASEMENTS BY WAY OF THEIR YARD

RESTORATION OF GROUND SURFACE SAME DAY (WEATHER PERMITTING)
TRACK AND LOG JOB FROM BEGINNING TO END
RESPOND IMMEDIATELY TO ANY CUSTOMER OR PROPERTY OWNER INQUIRIES OR COMPLAINTS
WALK-OFF THE JOB SITE AT COMPLETION
- VERIFY THAT ALL WORK IS COMPLETE
- VERIFY THAT THE AREA OF WORK COMPLETED IS RESTORED TO THE CONDITIONS OF
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
- VERIFY THAT ALL WORK IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DESIGN DRAWINGS AND PLANS
