Contract Communications Company is a minority owned company who is part of the Illinois DBE Program. Contract Communications is approved as an IDOT contractor, operated and managed by Dennis Descher and Gary Descher.
Dennis Descher brings over 25 years of professional experience in telecommunications cable installation, fiber optic cable placement, design, and related fields, specializing in directional boring. Providing quality installation as well as extreme care taken to ground surfaces restoration has lead to the increasing demand for his services.
Dennis Descher was the project manager for American Spliceco (a cable installation company in North Carolina). He then formed his own company, Communications Professionals Inc. in July 1990. Over the past seventeen years he has had large contracts with Cox Communications, Comcast CableVision, McLeod USA, AT&T, Ameritech, T.C.I., Southwest Bell, Nicor and Verizon, among others
In 2003-04, Dennis and his company, Communications Professionals Inc., completed one hundred miles of work in Fairfax County, Virginia for Cox Communications. This work consisted of directional boring and placing conduit for coax and fiber optic cable, pulling new cable, setting all vaults and other necessary structures, splicing of coax, and completing drops to the house.
Gary Descher brings over 10 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry. He was the general manager for Communications Professionals Inc., on the project in Fairfax County, Virginia for Cox Communications. Gary has also worked in a. management capacity on jobs for Comcast Cablevision, McLeod USA, Ameritech, and Verizon.
Dennis and Gary Descher and their team have had extensive experience also in dealing with customers as they worked on their properties. They have been complimented by both their contractors and the municipalities the worked with on their interaction and respect for the customers and their properties. From the office personnel to the field techs, their former company always worked well with the customer service departments. Contract Communications Co. demands a quality job always done on time.

All completed jobs are correct to project requirements and specifications with special care taken to complete immediate restoration to turf, landscaping, roadway surfaces and shoulders. Our commitment to quality control includes pre and post construction inspections, responding to our customer inquiries and complaints, and performing final project walk-off.

Contract Communications Co. restructured management duties to best utilize the talents of existing personnel and hired additional experienced individuals as needed due to the company's growth.
